Meet the Founders
Petiri J. Reed
is a salestrader at AllianceBernstein. He previously worked at Bloomberg LP as the first member of the Supply Chain Rotation Program. He holds an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from The Gabelli School of Business (Fordham). He completed his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University where he was on the school’s first Men’s Basketball NESCAC championship team and served as team captain. He currently serves on 2 junior boards assisting the underserved youth.
Fun Facts: Has 7 younger sisters. Ran a half marathon. Favorite meal is mac and cheese.
Tondi Mushandu
is a Product Analytics Manager at IQVIA. He previously worked at Meredith Corporation holding various roles from a Non IAB Ad Operations Analyst to Data Analytics Engineering. He holds an MBA with a focus in Product, Technology and Media from the Johnson School of Business (Cornell University). He completed his undergraduate degree from Castleton University where he was a captain on the men’s basketball team and also received the MVP award in his senior year. Additionally, he sat on Summer Search's junior board which assists underserved high school students in the Bronx through mentorship.
Fun Facts: was born in Rome. Lived on 3 different continents. Favorite cheat meal is chicken wings.
Josuwha J. Ford
is a search optimization specialist at Publicis Media. He also is a part time basketball coach and personal trainer, where he helps young individuals reach their personal fitness goals. He completed his undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he studied Business Marketing. He also played on the Men’s Basketball team, where he won two conference NJAC championships and participated in the NCAA Final 4. He served as team captain and received defensive player of the year during his senior year.
FUN FACTS: Likes to meditate. Favorite meal is Lasagna.
